Going to the chapel (or in this case, the park)

Claire got married on Saturday. She's like my little sister. What a lovely day it was too. The sun was shining and the rain waited til the evening. Claire looked beautiful in her lace vintage inspired wedding dress, beautifully accessorised right down to the brooch in her hair. Siobhan looked lovely as her maid of honour in a light blue Allanah Hill number.

Milo behaved and enjoyed looking at all the big, crunchy Autumn leaves. He chatted and dribbled his way through the ceremony. Grandpa looked after him while we went to the reception and he was a really good boy. Which means we can go on more dates now, yay!

The celebrant was hilarious and told us the story of Claire and Mark's romance (a cute story I might add). He is apparently so popular it was his third wedding that day. I wonder where he got his purple three piece suit?

Congratulations Mark and Claire, it was wonderful sharing your special day with you. We look forward to sharing many more life events with you both.
